How it works:
1. Place Your Order
Provide baby details (full name, date of birth, weight, height, place of birth) and select their background colour from a pastel palette box (pink, blue, white, apple green, etc. Then Add product into cart and checkout to place order.
2. Send Your Baby’s Items
Carefully pack your baby’s precious items and send them securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery to our studio:

3. Include the details for your frame:
* Baby’s full name
* Date of birth
* Weight and height at birth
* Place of birth
* Preferred background colour (pastel pink, pastel blue, white, or apple green)
* Choice of lettering in vinyl (black, gold, or white)
4. Preview & Approve Your Design
Once we receive your items, we will contact you (WhatsApp available) to confirm layout and colours. Before applying the resin, we’ll share a preview so you can approve the final design.
5. Receive Your Finished Keepsake
Your keepsake will be carefully crafted and returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery (included).
